COVID-19 update

Updated 25 June 2020

As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak and in line with government advice, the NCO will not perform any public concerts until Autumn 2020 at the earliest. We will keep this decision under review as information about COVID-19 changes.  If you would like to receive our 2020-21 season details when they are announced, please sign up to our newsletter.

The NCO is a not for profit charity, reliant on ticket sales, donations, limited funding and sponsorship to continue to operate. With this in mind, we ask that you will consider donating the cost of your ticket to our charitable fund, rather than requesting a refund. Our musicians, soloists and several of our staff members work on a freelance basis and are in a financially precarious position as concerts, educational workshops and teaching jobs are cancelled or postponed for the foreseeable future, so any support we can give them at this time is vital. We are aware that every one of our supporters has different personal circumstances and we will of course honour refunds for those who ask.  We remain grateful for your support.  If you would like a refund for our Macclesfield or West Didsbury concerts, please request them directly through Eventbrite if you booked online, or email info@ncorch.co.uk to arrange for someone to call you. Our offices are now closed so we are unable to take phone calls or receive mail until further notice.

If you have booked a ticket for our concert at The Stoller Hall, your tickets will be refunded. If you need to contact them, the email address is boxoffice@stollerhall.com.

If you would like to make a general donation to the orchestra now, or at any time in the future, please visit this link: https://www.ncorch.co.uk/support-us/individual-support/donate-today/

Any monies raised will help the NCO survive, and we are very grateful for any donations you feel able to give. As always, we appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to welcome you to NCO concerts for many years to come. Our May concerts are currently going ahead as scheduled, however please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for news about any future postponements. If the concerts are postponed, ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible.
